Order errors and cancellations
Received the wrong item? Call us right away and we'll fix it. Once an order is confirmed, we can't cancel it — prep starts immediately.
Refunds, delivery, and missing items
Missing something from your order? We'll refund or remake it, no questions asked. Keep your phone handy for delivery — if a driver can't reach you, a refund may not apply.
Fresh food, fair policies
Everything is cooked to order with real ingredients. Refunds aren't offered for personal taste, and complimentary items carry no cash value.
